Update. I only got $3 cash back on $150 Bunnings Giftcard. $1.50 & $1.50 using my linked Westpac card instead of $7.50 & $1.50. Anyone else having issues with lower cashback?
Mine the same. $500 only have $10 cash back, $5 stand and $5 Westpac card.
@JZ-OBA: I purchased a $100 and a $500 - both were tracked as $5 cashback. I am guessing the value is hard coded somewhere and not calculated at 5%. At least the $100 is set correctly…

As per my comments above - I recieved a 1% cashback on 2x $500 gift cards instead of the 5% advertised. I logged a dispute with Shopback - they came back with this:
Please accept our apologies for the delay in getting back to you regarding the cashback inquiry for Transaction ID [HIDDEN]. We appreciate your patience.
We are now ready to assist you further. If you have the screenshot of the advertised 5% rate as requested previously, please send it over so we can proceed with reconciling your cashback immediately.
