    • damn thats cheap.

Ngl I saw this. Thought.. 'Hey that one guy wanted a 5060 Ti 16gb' and I went to my history of msg. Only to find you as the top comment here anyway! Haha. Glad you got one for a great price!

  • I just got one too. Also used $50 ebay voucher. Order total: AU $538.00 Hehehe. Not from OP, I've been searching ebay each day for a good deal on 5060 TI 16GB, this is the best so far. Just hope a 8GB doesn't arrive.

    • How did you apply $50off???

Please let us know I want to buy one

      • +1

Might just be their own gift card

      • Work sent me 2x$50 vouchers last Christmas.

    • Ordered one and looks like they are shipping me the 16gb on. Should arrive this week.

  • The way he posted like he got extra on top of that discount

Can someone tell me is it worth buying in eBay or scroptec???

    • I used a gift card for the extra $50. FUTU is still cheaper than Scorptec by $11 so up to you. YOu might be able to get extra $10 if you pay first time with Zip or use Ebay app for the purchase if you have an offer for that, I seem to always have an offer for it but forgot.

    • If you have a Scorptec nearby, then Scorptec for easier warranty. If not, just buy from eBay, no surcharges, also discount egift card available

      • I would have brought from Scorptec, I bough a card from them 2 years ago from their Macquarie park store, was convenient as I could use my company car on the way home (If I decided to go home via lane cove vs pacific hwy) to pick up computer stuff but I think it's closed now, closest is now Silverwater NSW :(

        • Finally bought it from scroptec. Thanks for helping me to decide

The winner is 5060 Ti 16GB

I'm looking at their store and there seems to be another identical one for $849 (without coupon) https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/365966880163.

I suspect OP link could be the 8gb pricing unless someone can point out a legitimate difference. Raising possibility of a pricing error. If not will happily accept the pitchforks of negs

Scorptec and centrecom have same model for $599

    • +1

Maybe someone can email them to clarify, but if scorpec is selling them for $599 there must have been a price drop at a local wholesaler or something.

    • +1

They often do this, multiple pages of the same product

      • Never understood why sellers do this. Exactly the same product listed multiple times in their store, but at slightly different prices.

    • It's not a pricing error, that's just how much these cards are selling for at the moment during Black Friday period… Centrecom/Scorptec has it at $599.00 for the 16GB

  • I have 3060 Ti, should I get this or mine still enough?

    • +1

      It actually depends on you

    • i think it depends on what games ur tryna play
if ur playing ur average fps like val or cod 3060ti is fine, but if ur tryna play more intensive rpgs like cyperpunk or elden ring then i would consider this but then again may aswell just wait and spend a little more on a good deal on a 9070xt or sum but its up2u

    • +2

      Depends on your res.

      2560*1440 or less you're fine.

If you're higher (ultrawide or 4k), it'd be worth upgrading, but I can't recommend this card. You really want that 2x jump ideally.

Consider a 5070 or rx 9070 non xt (staying sub 800 on good sales).

Source: had a 3060 Ti myself. Perfect card for 2560x1440 gaming still, as long as you're wary of the 8gb vram, just keep things at medium/high rather than maxed out. Moved to 3440x1440 and whilst it held up surprisingly well, the 9070 non xt I jumped to made a massive difference.

I don't think I would have seen such large jumps moving to the 5060 Ti.

    • Yes because it has a lower process node which means it can run faster using less power ie energy efficient. DLSS4/Multiframe gen etc etc. Also MXFP4 support which is only for Blackwell RTX 50 series.

"MXFP4 stands for Microscaling FP4, a 4-bit floating-point data format designed to reduce memory and compute requirements for AI models while maintaining quality. It allows for efficient representation of model data by using a shared scaling factor for blocks of values, making it cheaper and faster to run large AI models."

This is a rather nice card for the aussie battler.

    • I guess there is a card for everyone, including poor man gaming.

  • Worthy upgrade from a 1080Ti?

Considering this GPU and AOC U27G4XM 4K miniLED monitor. For a total of around $1,000, will finally move to a GPU supporting DSC and DLSS, and a monitor with proper HDR.

  • Plastic backplate on these ones, apparently, with no thermal pads to it

  • I use a 5060 ti at 4k lol. It's very achievable to reach 80fps+ with mixed settings and of course with dlss4 performance (transformer model). Most cases, it looks better than native.

This card and a nice mini led 1440p monitor would be amazing for newcomers.

    • I'm actually considering this and the AOC U27G4XM 4k 160Hz 1080p 320Hz dual-mode monitor to go with it to upgrade from the 1080Ti

      • You'd be fine honestly. I've played bf6, cyberpunk, silent hill f and others on it and they reached 80fps+ no issues with dlss4. I player with lower settings on bf6 though since I play multiplayer on that.

1080 Ti to 5060 Ti is a huge upgrade imo.

If you didn't like it, you could probably sell it for $600+ and get your money back.

        • If I can sell the 1080Ti for $150-200, that will also help. I'm feeling a bit restricted with the lack of DSC on the 1080Ti, which limits my monitor upgrade choices.

          • @twister292: I'm using it with the ASUS 27" 4K 240Hz OLED but yeah, good upgrade without breaking the bank.

What 1080 Ti do you have? Can I PM?

            • @woonz: Mine is the Strix 1080Ti, bought also from Futu back in the day lol

    • +1

I use this 1440P monitor and it's still going strong!

Hi guys, mine arrived today, it works and is 16GB. Very big, if only 1 inch longer it wouldn't fit in my case.

    • How did you get it so fast? Pick up option?

      • I ordered mine on Monday night, arriving tomorrow (Thursday). Delivery is pretty fast.

      • They just sent it really quick. I ordered on Monday night and it came on Wednesday 11:50am, quite incredible really for free postage.

Check it out in my computer, I was not kidding how long the card is, it looks pretty cool thou.

        • Check it out in my computer

My god, you need to clean your PC!

          • @cloudie9: Well I leave my computer on all the time, was uptime of almost 3 months, I'll clean it in the new year, as if I would spend time cleaning before installing a new GPU. BTW that case and PSU I picked up from curbside cleanup!

Just received mine today. Was not expecting delivery this fast. Ordered on Monday night.
Will def shop with Futu_Online again.

Just as others above, can confirm this card is 16 GB.
Such a great upgrade from my old 1660 Ti.

    • I still have a GTX 1660 Super to offload, it's great for 1440P@60 DayZ!

  • Same, got mine delivered yesterday, fast delivery, was unexpected, but I'm happy, definitely a good 1440p card, and local AI LLM, better performance and values than the similar price RX 9060XT.

  • The cards are not sold out as they are still selling them but for $680.

  • Has anyone experienced coil whine on theirs?

    • +1

It's been completely quiet for me.

  • Glad I got this card, with Dram prices up 400% now, I think buyers got a good deal here.
