Can you use the extra 10% off and get the cashback?

The extra 10% off is automatic so should get cashback. Mine tracked unlike the last TopCashback deal.

Does anyone know if football jerseys considered as collaboration articles?

How fast westpac should track?

Have you got the order tracked at all, even the standard cashback?

Guys, quick question - if you buy a few items and return one or two of them, does the cashback get reduced proportionally based on what you returned, or does it cancel the entire cashback?
- 0

Purchased almost 3 hours ago, still not tracked.
- 0

Standard cashback has tracked at 27% after 8 hours. Westpac one will probably take a bit longer to come through.

how do you know which items fall under best sellers?
- 1

I was wondering this as well.

so at first i searched "best seller" in the search bar and it came up with some results, but i also noticed it actually stated "Best seller" in the description under some items e.g. the Samba OG Shoes. So i went with the item description. It hasn't tracked yet, so i cant confirm.

Pick an item like this one https://www.adidas.com.au/handball-spezial-shoes/IF6490.html
The top right photo in the listing has "best seller". Maybe theyre not all done like that but the runners seem to be- 2

A nice pair of Handball Spezials for $170 down to $69.27 delivered after discounts and cashback. Much more civilised.
edit/ couldnt get the bank bonus as no westpac account, could have been even more civilised

For anyone that has Medibank Adidas vouchers, they now are allowed on this sale. Obviously void cashback.

Just a PSA. Adidas cancelled my order with "could not fulfill your order". All items still available for purchase as of today. Perhaps the 25%+10% Westpac cashback may have been a factor. Buyer beware. YMMV.

That's a shame. But the promotion was run by Shopback and Westpac. I don't know why they did this.

My cashback didn't track

Neither! i raised it with shopback and it is under review… the estimated amount is also not the upsized %, and case to be completed by 9 feb 2026…
- 0

my estimated amount was also not the upsized % and they have confirmed it. Now trying to locate the incorrect cashback form to take a screenshot to upload to the shopback bot. What a mission

I had gotten an email that gave me the confirmed cashback ans it said to reply back via email if incorrect. So I've done that today and hopefully they see it..
I wasnt aware of an incorrect cb form

@nrfy: I've had the same issue. I did two separate orders and both were wrong. There's no way I can find to dispute it.
Where is this form?- 0

@KarlDilkington: You can check it in your shopback account activity tab. If it hasnt tracked, there's another clickable section "Shopping history - check here if your cashback hasnt shown up yet"
