          It's better to use virtual card like Wise or Revolut etc. to avoid unexpected forced recharge by Yomojo if it happens :P The reason why I always use Wise virtual cards for sim card purchases. Just disable or delete/replace and get new card numbers after purchase for example.

      VF has not increased the $35 SP to $39 yet. It can be used for 180 day Pay and Go plan.

        • I said it but it doesn't mean I did it. I usually activate any SIM for the most data option. A few years ago, SB had no way to track down the activation status of a Vodafone SIM. The cashback was pending for ever until users forget or contact, just like your post.

          • @Neoika: My concern is on SB page, the 50% cb is referring to "$35 Prepaid Plan".
            On Vodafone website, 28 day plans are under "Prepaid mobile plans".
            But the 180 day one is "Prepaid Pay and Go", it's not a plan.
            My guess is they may reject my cashback if I activate it on a 180 day PAYG. :S

    Didn't get an email but found it tracked in my account shortly after @ $6, thanks OP. I paid by PayPal as credit card seemed to have a surcharge.

    • Apple Pay works too with no surcharge

    • If this help others: I paid with NAB Visa Debit and although the website was showing surcharge, the actual payment was $12 exactly. So surcharge must be for Credit card only.

        Thanks, yeah mine was credit card, I think it showed up after I entered the details. I wanted credit card points so switched to PayPal instead of a debit card.

      I have two records for one purchase. Both with the same Transaction ID, but one for zero cashback.

      Maybe you have another record with the correct amount.

      I saved the offer and was about to buy one, but luckily I saw that it had run out before purchasing.

    "Sorry, we're unable to transfer your number right now. Please continue your activation and call Care on 1555 to bring your number over."

    When activating and trying to port in?

    • Just got the same error, did you have to call to get the port sorted?

    • I managed to make it work by first activating on a new number and submit a port request form which can be found on their website. Not as smooth as I would expect but still much better than Lycamobile :)

    My data is only 70gb instead of 100gb. Do I need to contact customer service or will it fix itself up after a few hours?

    • 70GB from 5 Dec. The bonus data promo only applies to actual activation date, not purchase date. In other words, 100GB data would still apply to a $35 SP (purchased a few months ago) upon activation on 4 Dec. This pattern applies to all major Telcos.

      I have found that when use this in a modem, the connection certainly gets restricted. Hope to see others' experience.

        I only received it by mail yesterday.

        I've contacted Vodafone chat support and they advised that it'll correct after 72hours.

        I'll report back for anyone that have yet to activate theirs purchased during promotional 100gb period.

        • Purchase date have no effect on bonus data. In other words, one can save it till the next 100GB offer to activate it. Unless the customer support does a manual adjustment for you, it won't just appear. For me in this situation, it won't be worth the time to dispute as the data don't run out in 28 days anyway.

    I bought from this deal and what came was $35 prepaid starter pack… is that correct?

    When I go to activate today it says $35 35GB but get 80GB total data (35GB + 45GB bonus data) on your first 3 recharges made within 90 days of activation (activation counts as first recharge). Activate by 16/03/26 (unless extended). T&C apply.

    So looks like I will be getting 85GB?

    • No, only 70GB from 5 Dec. Fully explained above. I would say take whatever on offer happily for $1 with less headache.

    • You are right for mobile broadband plan and 100GB offer was only for phone plan. Activating for this data only plan can avoid modem issue, but with no "data never run out" feature.

    I was able to ask for the bonus data to total 100gb advising that I had purchased during the promotional period that offered 100gb total even though I activated after the offer expiry.

    From what customer service advised, even if you purchase on the last day of the promo and not receive the Sim via mail until after the promo expires - you miss out as it needed to be activated during the promotional period.

    Its up to customer service if they will want to help you and add that extra bonus data.

  • Made 2 purchases and received 1 only. 1 of the 2 orders didn't track. Can someone tell me how to tell which one I received? I checked the package and couldn't find order number.
