This is excellent feedback - when choosing your pillow you need to consider your preferred profile (height) as well as density. The softer the pillow the more it will squish down when you rest your head on it. Do always know that we have a 30 day returns policy so if you are unhappy with your pillow for whatever reason you can return it for a refund or exchange within 30 days.
Got multiple TLC pillows from previous deals, really good pillows!
Bought another "THE THERAPEUTIC PILLOW" recently hoping to replace my years old one that started to yellow. But I noticed that the new one is not as supportive and comfy as the old one. The new one bottoms out a lot more than the old one. The dimensions turned out to be a bit smaller too even though it's the same model. Ended up sticking with my old one and shelving the new one :(

We have a 30 day returns policy in place for this reason, so you can return your pillow & get an exchange or a refund. We have not changed our manufacture process or standard at all so I'm at a loss to explain why this last one wasnt at standard. Ordered from a previous deal, good pillow - it does have a fair bit of squish though, so I've ended up with too low a pillow despite checking the depth measurements against my old pillow :/
