Comes only in two colours, all white or all black. Plenty of sizes, just not in my size. :(

  Mistake from OP I assume, but isn't mens sizing is just womens -1.5 sizes, or is there a difference in width too?

    Yes to both questions.

    Women's shoes come in C width while men's are D. Women's wide-fit shoes are men's normal-width shoes.
