That just means you can't buy a gift card from IKEA directly at 10% off using their app. No problem using gift cards bought elsewhere to pay

Currently only shown 2.75%SB uses the same promo links for their gift cards (the same link with Promo at the end, sometimes with a 1 or 2), and generally they update them before the deals go live. If you open said pages you can sometimes see start time/date and values of upcoming deals.
