You have to create an account as well.

      • oh didn’t realize thanks

This has been around a long time and I've never received a code when signing up…

      I just did

Create an account and you will receive it.

  • Got the code, it expires end of month :(

    • Thanks for letting us know. I just saw their "inner circle treat" offer at the bottom of a purchase I just made and the terms and conditions don't tell you how long you have to use it. Next time I am about to do a shop of over $75 then I will sign up (so it doesn't expire before I want to use it).

As an aside, I prefer JB Hi-Fi codes as they have no minimum spend AND you can use them in store.

    • Same, I just signed up to a BIG W account without joining the newsletter intentionally - it expires on the last day of the month

The expirary must always be like this, irrespective of when you join.

I've timed it bad :( especially because I was going to join the newsletter / 10 code, when I actually had an order to make… now it will expire in a few days with nothing to order…

  • Just got the code. Thanks!

Quick question. I intend to buy the Nintendo switch 2 mario kart game via bigw, shopback terms specifically exclude Nintendo switch products. I presume that includes the games too then? Does anyone know?

You won't receive cash back if you use the $10 code anyway. Also shopback 13% is only for Big W market, so if you're buying from Big W directly then you'll only get 0.25%. You're better off getting discounted big w gift cards, can usually get for around 5% off, up to 9%

      • $10 divided by $75 is 13.3% so if you have a purchase of just above $75 then this $10 offer is good value.

  • I prefer the Big W Appreciation Society

Alright, I figured out why we didn't get the code. Just signing up for the inner circle isn't enough. I tried multiple times. The earliest I received the code was as soon as I created an account.

      You've cracked the code!

    • Did the account you created have to use the exact same email as the email you used to sign up for the Inner Circle?

Edit: ok nvm, so literally have to sign up during (after) the creation of a new account.
      Less flexible unlike Target's newsletter…

Yes, or Sign up for the circle and immediately after create an account like I did.

    • I tried this backwards and forwards across multiple email addresses, still never got the code. Called them up and got given it in less than a couple minutes, saved my $10, sorted 👍️

    • Still didn't receive the code. Did you also use a new mobile number and verify it? That's the only thing I didn't try.

  • Can you get the code if you already have an account? I just tried and never received an email

    • Never received it too with an exisiting account.

    • I tried on an existing account and a day later they sent me a $10 code, but it has a minimum spend of $99 not $75.

  • +1

I never got the email even after signing up three times with different email addresses - so I called them and was given the code over the phone. Only took a minute to get through!

  • Received a code in minuted with an account that had received one before
