Looks like most of the main meals are $7.50 each. The lowest I can see are protein bars at $3 each

The $7.50 meals require either an air fryer or oven, not as convenient for work.

What's the sodium in the meals though?
It's listed under nutrition on each of the pages, some like the Lasagne are very high (3,070 mg), the roast beef is pretty low per serving (196 mg), Sous Vide Sirloin Steak & Chips seems okay too (555 mg).

They come packaged and frozen.

I just wanted to pop in here and say that I bought a bunch of these for WFH lunches and they’re <<insert expletive here>> delicious. Am 100% buying again. Not associated with business, etc etc etc.
I agree, took a while to get them, they must have been swamp, but finally got to try them today too.
Anyone tried them? The family meals look good value.
