Great little machine. Bought it for camping, and used on a few trips. We purchased a bottomless portafilter from AliExpress too, just for a bit of fun, and it's a great basic machine that makes a great honest coffee. Peaks at about 1050 watts for those wanting to plug it into an inverter etc. $99 is a bargain.
How many watt hours does it use to make one coffee with steamed milk?
I'm not sure. Next time I have my watt meter handy I'll see if I can get a measurement for you.
The steam wand is extremely efficient, it actually seems to do a better and quicker job than our Sunbeam EM7100. It heats up quickly, both for the shot and the steam wand, so very little precious solar power is used during the whole process. 👍🏼
May i ask, where did you buy yours and what is the model number?
@ohgee: Grabbed mine from Big W actually. It was posted here as a deal on ozbargain maybe almost 12 months ago? Not sure which of the two models I've got, and can't check right now.
That's a neat looking machine. Seems like a low entry into manual machines and probably for those who aren't sure about making that transition. Love that it has a stainless steel boiler. Reviews are positive. Curious which model number Kmart is selling but you can pick up the 230BK (standard basket and single hole steam wand vs the 260BK pressurised basket and pannarello wand) for $120 on Amazon.

"Manual pump" machine, I thought this was going to be some sort of lever machine.
