  • I received mine yesterday, and compared to my old Ecovacs Deebot, the Narwal Flow is a lot quieter, quicker smarter and just works better for mopping!

    • The new Real time Self-cleaning Track Mop technology is not only quieter, but also delivers powerful floor-cleaning performance.

  • What do you think about the new Roborock Qrevo Curv 2 Flow?

    • Roborock uses a roller mop, whereas Narwal features a track mop design. With its significantly larger contact area, the track mop delivers more effective cleaning performance.

  • Does this model support Valetudo?

  • You guys are discounting prices faster than anyone else. I bought the Z10 earlier in June (5 months ago) and i paid over $2K for it, It's now worth $1,400? HOW?

    • That is how quickly the price of technology drops. I paid $13800 for my 20kWh home batteries in Sept 2024. And in October 2025, I bought another 20kWh of the EXACT SAME brand and model for $3500 installed!

      • The price of battery hasn't crashed by that much. My guess is you must have had some government rebates applied on the price the second time. 20kWh battery is definitely not $3.5k installed.
I think Narwal is managing the brand poorly. It's no different to some Android phones are worth half the price after a year but iPhones keep their value. This is my second and last Narwal tbh.

        • Why do you want a robot vacuum to keep its value? Are you planning to sell it off after 2 or 3 years like a car?
