    The steam codes they sent me were used. Got the error "The Steam Wallet code you have entered has already been redeemed. Steam Support is unable to issue you a new code." when trying to redeem them.

  Mine got processed after the review, took a while… but the steam codes were invalid immediately as if they had already been redeemed. Tried contacting ASUS but no replies so be cautious if you ever do get your steam codes. Might be an up hill battle.

  My monitor is listed as an eligible product, yet it doesn't allow me to submit my review with an error saying my monitor isn't an eligible product. What can I say, typical Asus behaviour honestly

  I submitted my reviews to them on 3rd November 2025 and only today got an email with 2 steam keys. However upon trying to redeem them within 10 mins of getting the email, got the message "The Steam Wallet code you have entered has already been redeemed. Steam Support is unable to issue you a new code." for both of the 2 steam codes they sent me.

  Extremely disappointed. Contacted them so fingers crossed they reply and reissue.

    you;re not alone. its an inside job, more like a scam. most of the codes were already redeemed.. who else have access to it if not the "department" that issued it..
