  • +23

So many lifetimes expired within days last time the hordes tried this. It was carnage. RIP. Tranquil thoughts & prayers for you all, this time will be different. 🧘

    Baylor University worked for me.

    • Same

    • +1

      Go bears, indeed!

    • Thanks

    • Same!

    • Same

  • +1

Texas Materials (CRHA) worked for me

    • Ditto - thanks!

  • +4

    Isn't this just fraud?

    • I wonder how they got a list of codes?

      • People probably shared their company's code. Still impersonating a staff member with their code to take their premium memberships'.

      • You can find them easily enough with the right google search

    • Probably, though I did notice some organisations required a workplace/education-related email while some did not.

People will take advantage of these things if the right security measures aren’t in place.

The Baylor University one seems like it’s an “unlimited” type of plan thing.

    • +2

      Piracy, but yes

      • This isn't piracy

        • +2

Activating a piece of software with a licence key you didn't acquire legitimately? Unless you purchased the licence or obtained it legally, you pirated it.

    • Some use it as a free trial.
I didn't find enough interest to keep using, or pay. But I'm still helping them stay in the conversation.

  • +5

Doubt this lasts, the PayPal one didn’t.

    PS Go bears!

    • Lol didn't even use it long enough to realise that the paypal 'lifetime' one didn't last

  • Baytown worked for me.

  • +1

    Carn the bears!

Or is it calm the bears?

  • +1

Had to restart the app after linking, Baylor Bears still works. Go Green/Gold!

  • If you have an AppleTV I think this app is free, with all the core features?

  • Go bears! worked for me

  • +1

Chose NYU with the thought process that they're a massive university and I'm more likely to blend in?
Edit: Nvm - didn't work. Go the bears!

    • Haha same here! 🐻

  • Baylor uni / bears
    worked!

  • premium clam

  • UHCSR worked!

  • +3

I would stay calm myself without any calm app

  • +1

    Up the bears!

  • +1

    Bears baby !
    Thanks OP 😁

  • I am already linked via TMobile USA but can’t remember if that was lifetime or not. Should I replace active premium subscription with one of these new ones for lifetime access?

    • +1

You should probably check first. The T-Mobile one sounds like it’s “lifetime*” (* = as long as you’re subscribed to T-Mobile)

  • so i did bears and then do i have to 'Unlock calm premium" in profile section?

actually prob just a delay in processing but looks like its ok and premium with renews 2100 Jan 1 lol

  • +2

I have this form years ago. Personally. The sleep meditations are average and haven't been updated for years and the exactly the same as every other sleep meditation on YouTube. Eg. Tighten you feet. Then calfs. Then hips …. Wanted something different

    • +2

I mean there's not a lot you can innovate in the millennium old concept of 'calm down'

      • Well at least YouTube has multiple different techniques for drifinting off to sleep via meditation. This has one plus some story's that go for 40 mins that bore you to sleep

  • +4

No point except you want to use for few weeks. They will kick you out after that

    • yep this has been my experience

  • Thanks op, UHCSR worked for me

  • Fool's gold…

  • +3

Somehow I feel this is going to be a short "lifetime"

  • -1

I'm not sure if piracy is counted as a bargain, but if it is, I know someone who is in good shape because they exercise, who offers a whole lot of free video games..

    • -1

I don’t see this as piracy. I do see it as morally incorrect though. You’re not necessarily stealing anything.

      • +3

Well, the universities etc would have paid some sort of enterprise license for it surely? I could give out my organisation's Adobe license key too and not actually cost anyone additional money, but it's still illegal.

        • Yes, my bad, you are correct. I do now see it as piracy as in order to have a/the licence, you must also be authorised to have it.

  • doesnt work if you already have a paid Premium sub

  • First one worked for me. Thanks!

  • +1

In my day the Calm app was, go for a walk and to sleep we would take sleeping pills. For anxiety and stress, we would drink.

  • +3

Sweet it worked. Now back to doomscrolling social media

  • +1

"bears" claimed on both android and iphone (if that helps)

  • +11

If your subscription gets cancalled, there's no subscription (or even log in) needed for Medito. The Australian-based app Smiling Mind does require that you log in but the app is free/no subscription. They both have courses for beginners. I use Medito.

    • +2

Ok this post is the real bargain in here, thanks 🙏

  • +1

I deleted the app after last time. Will not waste anymore of my time on it again.

    • Agree.

Calm will find out and will remove your subscription.

  • +1

FFS, How do I stop the crickets???

    • Mountains icon very top left of home screen.

  • I've become so calm, I can feel you there..

  • zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

  • Top one worked for me.

    Cheers!

  • +1

Thanks OP what a brilliant find and post. Agree Bears worked for me.

  • Just use Medito App, it's free.

  • Top one worked for me, nice find!

  • Every code didn't work for me, wanted a linking code after.

    • +1

That's the part in bold next to the company/organisation name…

  • +4

    Junk offer.

Took up the "lifetime offer" this was last time here on OzBargain.
    NOT honoured, expires soon afterwards.

Don't waste your time. Everyone plus voting now will be disappointed real soon when the offer is removed.

  • Yep none worked for me either, not that i would use this app lol.

  • Baylor University worked for me too… thanks OP

  • +1

"East Baton Rouge Parish Schools ebrpss" worked for me just now.

    • Was about to give up thinking they had all been claimed until I saw this comment, worked for me too! Thanks

      • Me too 😊

        • Yep saw these comments and this worked. Not sure how I'm supposed to use this app but nice to have i guess

  • +1

    Animation Guild worked for me

  • +3

East Baton Rouge Parish Schools ebrpss worked for me

  • Didn’t realise the previous one still seems to be working,

  • anyone has this working since the last one?

  • For those saying its fraud/piracy- how is this different from using a coupon/ discount code you found on the internet that wasn't directly offered to you? Most coupon codes are given to subscribers as a loyalty gift. How much money have you saved this way?

You haven't set up a false email account or user profile with an organisation in order to gain something. You've just used a coupon code like you do in a shopping cart.

    • Nah, you're sponging off someone elses' enterprise subscription, which may either cause that organisation to have their subscription limited/cancelled or they'll get hit with a huge bill for the numbers of 'fraudulent' redemptions of the code going on. The use of a coupon code which you're not entitled to may also be fraudulent, but depends on circumstances.

  • +6

    Top one works for me.
    Type Animation Guild in organisation.
    Type FreeCalmMPI in code.

  • Thanks very much, mate!

  • +3

East Baton Rouge Parish Schools ebrpss
    worked

    • Thank you! This one still works 👍

  • +1

Align your chakras with the truth of impermanence. And may we find stillness in knowing that all which the universe provides to us shall also be taken away and in this rhythm, may we rest. Namaste

  • None of these are working anymore, sadly. They all ask to verify with a group code now.

    • +1

East Baton Rouge Parish Schools with code ebrpss just worked for me. There is a group code listed next to each organisation in the OP.

      • Ahh thank-you! I didnt understand the formatting and was just searching the group codes lol 🤦🏻‍♀️
