Terrific!
Scrolled past all the BS to the comp entry. Filled in ALL fields, hit enter only to be told to fill in highlighted areas and try again.
There were no highlighted areas.
Sorry GG's, won't be going there for a while, even though I'm in the market for a new TV
You have to click on one of the picture to select your answer.

Yeah they aren't loading for me either, just blank white. Both in Mobile view and desktop view on Chrome

Can you try a different browser? Someone on one of the other current Good Guys comps said they had issues on Chrome mobile, but a different browser worked. I use Chrome on my desktop PC and it works fine for me.

@shaneb: I have just tried again tonight and it now works. Interestingly it now shows the icons for the possible selections in a vertical row instead of the horizontal row that didn't work this morning (was just white boxes this morning)

same happened to me then tried on web site, the same??

out of interest, if you ever win, do they do whatever they can to contact you , knowing very well that we dont always look at emails or answer a call from an unknown number?

If you're ignoring the only two methods of communication that you've provided, I'm not sure how much more they can do (apart from voicemail, but not everyone has that setup). There have been a few Good Guys comp winners on here this year, however I'm unsure how they've made contact.

most of us have 50+ emails a day and never check spam emails or promo emails where these emails would be sent too. and most people dont pick up a call without a voicemail confirming its a legitimate call for a legitimate reason. id love to know how they make contact! id hope they leave a voicemail instead of say keep contacting people until someone picks up. the hope is that someone who has done a prize before knows. i have for a wholesaler before but it was so rigged half of the time but thats nothing compared to these legit ones

Yeah, I'm not sure sorry, and it wasn't a criticism. I'm in the same boat. I get around 500 emails a day that I wade through on my comp gmail account. I haven't been lucky enough to win one of theirs, so not sure how they get in touch. I also avoid answering unknown numbers as I've been getting a lot of cold calls recently. I've setup some filters on my gmail account to highlight certain words I'd expect to see in a winners e-mail. I get a lot of false positives, but it does help to speed up going through all of the e-mails.

I've won a minor prize from the good guys before, contact was by email. For me, this came from an individual staff member's email, so it went to my main inbox instead of promotions.
I usually search my email for "won" and "congratulations" every so often. As far as I know I haven't missed any yet.
Of the competitions I've won, majority do an email contact. Only 2 have contacted me via phone, one left a voice message and the other a text.

@haha45: damn even my normal email is crazy, and typing "won" would have so many things too:( id hope they would simply leave a voicemail :(

If anyone is having issues using Chrome, try it using Firefox.
On Chrome, I keep getting an error even though I filled in everything and selected an answer "Oops, something went wrong.
An error was encountered. Press ok to refresh and try again."I thought it was Adblock causing problems, but temporarily disabling it didn't help.
Found out what was missing when I used Firefox. The field for Mobile is not displaying on Chrome. Really strange!
Using Inspect tool, I saw that the div for Mobile only goes down to this level, and has nothing inside the div.
<div class="xConditionalModuleWrapper"></div>
Maybe I have another setting in Chrome that's causing issues, but it's weird why it only fails to display one specific field.

Mine's the opposite, won't work in firefox, fine in chrome.

So reliable, lol. And this is what we use everyday to deal with society? 😭

Yep and click here so we can verify you are human says the bot 😂

Is it true that if you dont' win good guys will send store vouchers?

I think they often give $20 Store Cash vouchers. They have to be used in store though. Can't recall if it's been on every comp or not.

Yeah just got it last comp. Which was nice
