Anyone got this? Is it worth it?
It seems like it's mostly used to provide some basic entertainment and play some simple games / apps that you have to purchase on their closed app ecosystem Learning Lodge app store. There's music playback which possibly only plays preset melodies and not MP3 files. (zero mention of audio file format support in the manual)
Storage capacity is 256 Megabytes not Gigabytes. No sd card expansion and no Bluetooth audio capabilities.
For video playback, the only format it supports is AVI in 240p resolution. Images are viewed in 0.3mp (640 x 480 pixels) JPEG
It is not meant to be used as a companion device for a smartphone (can't fetch notifications)
Bluetooth is for file transfer and also multi player games / sending greeting cards between 2 watches.
It does say 256gb on the product page several times, so I assume it's gb not mg

Very good watch for kits, great interactive experience. Strap is also of very good quality. My son loves it. Paid a bit more than this deal so this one is a bargain.

just got a apple watch se3 for my son, i should have got this for 1/15 of the price.
Got my son a retro Casio watch as the 6 year battery life was a great feature.

Never had a good experience with Vtech, they always seem to cut corners.
Tried their kids camera, terrible quality and minimal space.
Tried their kids microphone, but can only play your own songs through an aux port - which most phones don't have now.
I couldn't recommend the brand.
Having Cameras on a watch for little kids is just inviting trouble and unnecessary IMHO.
Parents please supervise the use of this.
Pedometer - Never thought I'd see the day when a kids smart watch can identify paedophiles let alone actually count them!!
Finally technology has come up with something worthwhile and very much needed :) .
