    D width, hmm.

How many men were surveyed when making these shoes.

    i need 6E or higher?

  • I use these shoes daily. After 6 months, the cushioning is not as how it used to be. Happened to a friend of mine with the same exact shoes. So be careful.

what? Of course the cushioning is compressed after 6 months of daily use. Thats the trade off for having cushioning and you wont find a single shoe or brand that is different. The softer the cushioning the more you will notice. If you dont like it then you have to buy a non cushioned (or less cushioned) shoe to start with.

Consider getting two pairs and alternating days you wear them. You'll get more than double the life out of the shoes if you give them a day off.

      • What's the science behind this?

        • … because you are wearing them every 2nd day effectively doubling how long they will last? ¯(ツ)/¯

the 'science' is that you compress the foam when you use the shoes, and giving the foam a day or more to recover allows it to 'uncompress' and hence you arent compressing it further when its already compressed, thus it lasts longer. I have no idea whether that science is objectively proven as correct although there are studies which suggest a 60% extension of shoe life (https://runnersconnect.net/running-shoes-science/ ) but its pretty much dogma amongst the running community; you dont run in the same pair of shoes on consecutive days.
