Very cheap flights to Dhaka—just over half the normal price.

BNE - DAC $760
MEL - DAC $680
SYD - DAC $753

Flights are on China Southern, via Guangzhou, and include 2 x 23kg check bags. Watch out for long stops when searching - you can use the Google Flights duration filters to restrict the flight time to only show dates with short stops.

Dates are mostly March with a couple of dates in February. From Sydney, dates in February are a little cheaper at $706 return. Only a handful of dates from Brisbane.

  It's crazy how cheap China Southern flights are when it's a connecting flight via Guangzhou to another city yet the direct flights to GZ are always $1k plus.

  Dacca is Calcutta without the cool trams and buildings. Chittagong is way more bearable.
