"sports car"??? It's just an ugly SUV like 99% of other cars on the road

  • "Sports Car"

    GM shite.

    • Mary Barra the CEO of GM got a ton of money from Biden crying tears at him.

The first lot still had Chinese characters on their back but they claim to be US made.

      • but they claim to be US made.

This isn't a good claim though - American cars that are made in America are mediocre at best.

There's nothing sought-after about American manufacturing.

        • Musk's idea that batteries could be something useful has merit in my mind.

          But the de-carbonisers keep farting…

        • There's nothing sought-after about American manufacturing.

          Except their weapons.

lol. Cadillac is ranked #5 on the JD Power Vehicle Dependability Study 2025. Buick is #2 and Chevy is #6. This places it way above brands like Honda, Nissan and Hyundai.

  • +2

Almost 100k for an American shite quality car. Total bargain!!

  • +2

DOA at that price. Chinese brands will eat them alive.

You're not wrong. That's the reason I don't see as many Toyotas anymore. They went Lexus-level pricing. For example, the RAV 4 used to be Top 1/2 duking it out with Ford. But now, you barely see any RAV 4s. A lot of Mazdas and Mitsubishis now.

      • +4

Er, the RAV4 is Australia's highest selling vehicle at the moment.

Maybe do at least a bit of research before you post 😁

Yes I know. That's why I said Top 1/2. But empirically, you won't see it much nor Toyota itself. The Fords I can see everywhere still.

          • @marshmall0w2: people still buy ford from the name, but their quality has dropped so alot are in for repair

            • +1

@Headless: Sure. But I'm not talking about build quality or reliability. Toyota doesn't have the same pull in terms of name as Ford in Australia. That said, recent Toyota has also been getting dumpstered in terms of quality.

              • @marshmall0w2:

Toyota doesn't have the same pull in terms of name as Ford in Australia.

Toyota is Aus's top selling car brand, FYI, 121k in H1 2025 vs Ford's 47k….

  • Surprised GM is having another go at Oz.
How many are they going to sell here? Maybe 20 - 30?

    • 20 - 30 in men's body count so 0 - 1

      • Your cut and paste comments are so lame

  • The infotainment looks so dated.

  • This is absolutely hilarious

  • $620 for mudguards, haha, silly americans
