Outlet prices are already significantly reduced and the extra 40% off for CR was a steal. Sizes limited. I bought 3 pairs of shorts, 2 pairs of jeans, a denim skirt and a cotton tee shirt for $114 delivered. I only looked at women’s clothing but the sale includes men’s and children’s clothing too. I couldn’t see an expiry date for the deal but it said limited time only.

This is the 21st order I have done since 2017 so yes, can confirm they’re legitimate. They’re the company’s online outlet. They sometimes have extra 20-30% off but 40% is the best I have seen hence the post.
Their normal stores goes up to TAE40 as well, before sending out the stock to the outlets.

Country Road had a decline in quality.
I am also disappointed with their marketing direction, where they want all in on some aboriginal arts initiative and had some very "diverse" models.
For me, I liked country road because they had a WASP old money style, decent materials and cuts, more expensive than kmart but nowhere near a premium Myer brand cost.
Looks like they are slowly returning to that brand image, I may try another garment from them soon.
I recommend Saba as a replacement, especially if you're after polo shirts

CR has teamed up with a shipping provider named refundid and you have to go through them to return anything. CR also had this brilliant idea to split the order numbers; and link that with the refundid returns portal. My order came in 4 parcels and I had to return three of the items and lucky me, they were in three different parcels/order numbers. And that means I have to pay three times ($30) despite the remaining of the order still being above $100 (which is the free shipping tier for CR).
Whoever has thought of this fabulous idea, hats off to them! Give the Product and CX team a pat on the back for truly thinking about alienating rest of the customers they have got!!
I have to return a couple of items, planning to return in store though!
Got something like that to look forward to then. I got shipped incorrect sizes (tagged wrong) now waiting for my "case to be reviewed" don't have any outlet stores I can go to to return either. Then my third item was just cancelled for being out of stock after taking a week to realise that I guess? So 1/3 items.
I ordered as soon as the sale came up and just got cancellation notices (out of stock) for the 2 items I bought. And no proactivity on their part in trying to source it elsewhere for me.
