TH make pretty poor quality shoes.
Tommy Hilfiger do not make shoes. Their parent company PVH licenses the brand name to third-party manufacturers who pay fees to the put the label on them. It's literally generic produced products with a label stuck on it sold at markups.
That's why they can be found everywhere from Amazon to Costco to Outlets to stupid products like the keyboard & mouse combo pack. They're not a 'designer' brand anymore.

Then as some sort of weird passive aggressive revenge they started spraying the same psychology comment around the forum to random people they don't like, then logged off.

Wipe down with wet wipes when they get a little dirty. I do this and my shoes stay clean for longer.
Melamine sponge / magic eraser with a little water for stubborn stains. Pink stuff paste rubbed in with an old toothbrush will also work.
Just be careful as they are both light abrasives and will wear down the surface when used too much or with too much force.
For a serious clean you can use an old soft brush or cloth and some laundry powder / liquid in some warm water. Brush all over and rinse a few times. Dip the laces in the soapy water and rub with the brush.
By not wearing it.
