key eligibility conditions

  • Be a registered Finder member, or create a Finder account after claiming the Reward and remain a Finder member until the reward is fulfilled.
  • Purchase and start an eligible Optus product and plan during the Promotion Period.
  • Activate your SIM within 28 days of purchase.
  • Maintain an active Optus service for at least 90 days post-activation.
  • Have an Optus technician connect your premise within 30 days post-activation (NBN customers only)
  • Use the same email address on your Finder account and transacting with Optus.
  • Not being a current or recent Optus Mobile customer (within the past 30 days) for customers applying for a Optus prepaid plan
  • Not being a current or recent Optus NBN customer (within the past 30 days) for customers applying for a Optus NBN plan
  • Limited to 1 Reward per Finder member per eligible product purchase.
  • A Finder member may receive up to a maximum of 2 Rewards for successful purchases of an eligible handset and mobile plan and/or an eligible broadband plan and/or an eligible prepaid plan.

      Do you feel the same way about Medibank private or Latitude finance? Been using optus for over a decade. Nothing wrong with service and they always try to help out when theres issues

    Don't know why they can't give the GC straight away and add a minimum 6 month term for the NBN. There is always the chance that someone will not get the gift card and pay a higher price for nothing.

        The way of tracking seems the same as a cashback site. Finder may run its own as a competitor into this area.

    Worst mistake I made was moving from Telstra to Optus.

    But I did it to be eligible for the JB Hifi Mobile plans with GC so my suffering will be ending soon.

      Depends on where you are, at inner west sydney its all so saturated but Optus is usuable….

      And yes i trued all three, all really bad especially after they shut down 3G.

    Worthwhile logging in to optus account and double check you don't have any prepaid services in the grace period (which I think is 6 months after expiry of recharge) before ordering.

    This is still valid until 30/01

    I found this super enticing, but 90 days locked to Optus would drive me nuts if I had to do anything related to customer service. I normally enjoy Porting around to different providers but I just cant do it with this mob.
