  • I'm sceptical that strap would hold it in place while riding. What's to stop it spinning on the bars?

    • +1

I agree but even the jbl wind 3 has a suspect clip and objectively looking at YouTube reviews the Tribit sound quality is much better. I am expecting to engineer a permanent solution with parts from Aliexpress should I not be happy.

      • I have a range of JBL speakers including the Wind 2. Can't really fault the mount, but the audio quality is quite poor.

  • If you want a great quality and portable speaker, this is an winning purchase!

I use this while travelling and it combines both high quality sound, small proportions with light weight (315g). The added advantage is this can be used as a secondary powerbank, so I use this as a way to carry an extra powerbank without causing issues with airlines.

I purchased about $80 and thought it was a bargain, $50 is well worth it!

You can look up comparison videos and the Tribit blows competition out of the water.

    • the video literally shows that the marshall is better

    • This is the micro, not the micro 2, does micro (gen 1) still work as a powerbank?

  • FYI this is the micro (gen 1) not micro 2 - so this one has less battery life (8 hours) and bass is not as great as micro 2.
