The Disney one, I got a black screen. Backed out after a few seconds, still got my reward.
After you've clicked through to any page that you're meant to browse for 20 seconds, if you then exit that page a timer will start counting down with no other action required.
You don't need to return to the page and you can do anything else (even quit the app) and it will still count down to zero and issue the scratch reward.
