s26 isn't using Qualcomm Snapdragon so it will be a downgrade than s25
Thats not correct. Per reports majority countries including Australia will get SD version
@OZBsince2018: Let's see, there are too many rumors flying everywhere at the moment.
Some say only 50% of s26 (basic model) will use Snapdragon and even if it is, some say the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 SoC is manufactured by Samsung which I will definitely avoid.
I will get a s25 when it drops to $750.

S26 is a couple months away. New phone=better, even if just for resale/trade in value purposes. Samsung usually has wicked launch deals anyway.
