Seriously! last 2 orders they randomly cancelled one in stock item in each order. CS was hopeless and said no stock but when I placed a separate order for those items they came through… sigh

Keep checking and refreshing if out of stock as these randomly came back in stock for me in my size.

I’m trying to use a $100 Adidas gift card during checkout, but when I enter it in the promo code section, my 10% member discount disappears. This seemed unusual, so I contacted customer care.
Edit/Update: I called Adidas customer care and they informed me that I can’t “double dip” the 10% member discount with a promo code — it’s one or the other.

yes, it does now unfortunately. my last 2 purchases have cashback declined due to 1) adidas unable to fultil part of the order due to stock issues, and 2) I returned part of the order.
Best to do seperate orders per item in future given free shipping and no limit on cashback transactions.
