I keep getting 'Payment Unsuccessful' errors :( I purchased multiple Super Swap cards but can't buy them, or any other kind now…
I have got the same problem. I haven’t bought any gift cards from ShopBack for several days. 2 NAB owned credit cards won’t allow payment. One card had been blocked by NAB, blockage removed. Still not working, told to wait 24 hours. Other card doesn’t show a block but won’t work either and NAB doesn’t know what is going on. Hopeless.
Ok, so I just got off the chat w/ Westpac and it worked again.
I was never notified of an account block/fraud issue, but messaging them fixed it. Hope your issue ends soon!
EDIT - I take that back, just tried to order a second card, after it was working again… And im back to:

ughhhhh. I even asked on chat: will i be safe to keep ordering, and they said 'there should be no issue'

@povertytrap: That's what my second chat implied, that I just finished. Did you actually get yours fixed and know this for sure?
I am unable to determine as the issue was not because of your card as there were no restrictions and blocks placed on it.
Rest assured that the card does not have any issue and this should work with the transaction.
This is the only resolution we have here as there are no issues nor any restrictions on the card.

I've dm'ed GYB, so hope to report back whats going on…
My 2 chats to Westpac also conflict each other, as one resulted in it working (temporarily whilst on chat), and the other rep insists it's nothing they can do. Clearly my 1st chat shows the bank can do something…
@gotyourback FYI, I bought a Shopback Super Swap gift card this morning - only tracked at 1.5%, even though the upsized cashback of 4% was displayed.
