As has been posted previously, just go into each order and switch the payment method (for past orders) to uber balances.

Click Get Help, should be an option to change the payment method there
Click on View Receipt and then at the bottom should be an option to change payment method or just "get help"
If the banner isn't showing, discount should still show up in Account > Send a gift

Does anyone know how to switch payment method where existing trip was part paid by both gift card and credit card. I’m trying to get the credit card part switched but it doesn’t seem to be able do it. TIA
