      Yeah I made that mistake early this morning - read myer, 20%, cap, then placed order, while not noticing the words 'click and collect'. Tracked at 2.5%, but even at the potential 20% I don't want to go to the mall for click and collect with busy period, parking probably full and mall hooligans.

        On the TopCashback page before you click through it shows different percentages for delivery and c&c, it’s not like you have to comb the t&c

    What sucks is some items say available for C&C for the selected store, and not until you reach payment does it say "not available for C&C".

      I had that as well, but when I clicked "Check other stores" at the checkout page, the original store had stock, I was able to re-select and it went through.
      YMMV!

    Can I do 2 separate orders and claim 20% off them individually? Also does it work if you don’t have a Myer one?

      Yes and yes. I placed two separate orders and both tracked. I have Myer One. Just note that the total CB across orders won't exceed $50.

    Would you be able to explain this; I spent $180 on a fragrance. On my app, it says purchase amount $163.64 and $37.73 cashback pending. What are these amounts if I paid $180?

      Had the same with an Amazon order that didn't track and I'm yet to hear back about when I lodged a case. Shopback and Cashrewards (RIP) seem far more reliable.

      I made purchase from Myer when TCB had 20% cb on back Friday and still no sign of tracking. Followed all the rules.

    still waiting on my tracking from last month's offer… also myer likes to cancel and refund items when clearly it's in stock as i was able to buy another one, i hear this can invalidate cashback on the whole order.

      Same boat. Ordered 6 items in an order and 1 of them has been cancelled. So I guess better to cancel the whole lot if cashback is void on the fulfilled items? Would be a pain to submit individual orders for each item next time but maybe the only way to do it
