I would generally prefer buying them in store and try to negotiate with the sales associates.
If one doesnt give good enough discount, all you can do is try another person.

I agree. I bought a soundbar that was listed at $999, without any competitor price to match, the dropped it to $880 including shipping so almost $120 vs the $60 this code would have been.
If you are not near a store, I'd try online chat first, if it's less than the code, decline to proceed.

Some products that had a link to an automatic price-match to a competitor yesterday appear to no longer have that listed, and the discount here doesn't come close to it :)

I did a price match and it was included. Got a Deco mesh AC3000 kit for $337 pricebeat, 297 after $40 discount. Couldn’t find better elsewhere for my use case.
