26 hours later and no update to my C&C order. There's no chance I'm getting them. Someone would have walked in the bought them off the shelf already.
Mine got cancelled after the store took their sweet time to attend to my order (9 hours to be exact).
I'm still waiting. I chatted to support online and they just quoted their website saying orders placed before 12pm will be ready at 4pm despite that obviously not being the case.

How do you price match EB Games? One store said they don't price match games on sale, and another said yes but then said they can't when they realised it's $20 haha
It just can't be below their buffer price.
They wouldn't match KCD 2 but brothership was ok

That would be how most stores operate. There's a reason why there's a delay between placing a click & collect order and then receiving notification it's ready for pickup.
is it ? ones i have experienced are usually under an hour. So youre saying a lot of people actually miss out on their C&C ? I guess I have been lucky
@xcess: I'm not saying it happens often, it's just that in that window (between receiving the C&C order and a staff member fulfilling the order), if a customer in-store takes the last item then the C&C order can't be fulfilled.

Nice find. Pity no stock or delivery. Not sure what others think but there hasn't been a lot of great deals on games this Christmas. This is one of the genuine good deals we have seen.
Paper Mario TTYD is one of the best Mario games I've played, and a great story too. It's reasonably easy to finish but the exploration and mechanics make you come back to it often..
So worth it if you can find it.

For the Melbourne folks: I asked the staff to check which VIC store had Paper Mario and only Bendigo had 5 and Pakenham had -4, even the staff was confuzzled about the minus stock…
Mine was cancelled and no way I will drive to Bendigo to check stock.
