it should be more reliable as it's all.done inside the SB app. I've only had issues once with the bonus SB, and had a lot of f'ing about proving i paid with the bank card, and it was rego'd with them.

I think this just failed for me. I just purchased the Woolworths egift card and paid with my linked Westpac card using Apple Pay and the 4% bank bonus wasn't included in the cashback tracking email or in the cashback history in the app.
The bonus can be slower to register than standard cashback
I also used Apple Pay and the bank bonus hasnt tracked.
Mine still hasn't appeared so assuming it won't. Also not had any lucky with their support chat bot or their contact form, seems there's no way to raise this with them? Let me know if you find a way to get them to help with this!
Yes, these bonuses attached to supposedly registered credit cards never work for me.

I did 2* the Woolies cards as separate transactions and both bank bonuses have tracked.
I used ShopBack credit $$ for the first transaction and the bank bonus was only calculated on the amount paid via the Westpac card.

Yes, it does. The bank bonus tracking arrives around 15 minutes later.
The confirmation occurs at the same time as the bank bonus around 3 months later.
@skid: Thanks! It's been about 2 hours now and I still haven't got the bank bonus tracking. The standard gift card cashback is already confirmed.
Guess I will keep waiting and see what happens. The missing cashback form doesn't let me submit a ticket for this, only if a purchase is missing entirely.
@dhore: My bank bonus came within 5 minutes. I paid using a Westpac linked card and not Apple Pay.
I wonder if it doesn't track properly because of how Apple Pay works behind the scenes without transmitting the card number to the merchant.
@CW66WC: Yeah mine never came through, so you might be on to something. Maybe they don't consider the Apple Pay version of the card to be the linked card if it uses a different number behind the scenes :(

Yes, was still working when I last used one on 10-Dec.
Purchased EG card, and standard 1% cashback and Westpac bonus 5% cashback both tracked after about 30 minutes.
I don't see any mention on the bonus cashback on the page - is it expired?
If you click on the links to each store in the table in the OP it shows you the bank bonus

Shows "deal is not available to you" in the app or web for BigW, Wow, EG and Wish even though WP card is linked. Bought off Woolies directly with 4% off, too much fuss with this thing.
