The switch version looks like blurry vaseline compared to PS5 or PC.

Yeah. If only they did a sw2 upgrade

It'd be great if CDPR did a Switch 2 upgrade.

And it’s cheaper on PC when on special

I think I'll wait till Diablo 3 goes on sale. Witcher 3 looks so good on PC I doubt I'd enjoy the switch version.

I got it yesterday. The input lag and 30 FPS is pretty bad to be honest. I'm coming from a high end gaming PC trying to lower my expectations dramatically to suit what the S2 is made for. However, I didn't expect it to be this much worse.

This is a Switch 1 game, not a Switch 2 game. You’re not going to see it take advantage of the Switch 2 hardware without it actually being optimised for the system.

      • The frame rate is much more consistent on Switch 2, but it hasn't been officially optimised and still caps at 30fps.

  • FYI - these guys who are Switch experts reckon it runs very well actually (particularly if you are going to use it in handheld and expect lower res vs on a 60 inch tv) https://youtu.be/ZYaV4685OjA

You don't need to be a switch expert to know it runs and looks like ass compared to every other option

      • Vs other portable handheld consoles?

        • Steam deck yeah
