Mate contact GoPro they’ll help you out, their customer service is pretty good. Ive got the Hero 11 too and have been using since launch, two of the enduro batteries had issues after a year or so and they sent free replacement for it.

Ditto, they replaced my hero 5 with a hero 13 a few weeks ago, my old unit was stuck in bootloop.. worked flawlessly all those years!
To have my unit replaced all i had to pay was a $149 fee.

My hero 9 disappeared off a chesty and is now at the bottom of lake Hume. GoPro sent a new one out to me with pretty much no hassle after chatting with online help. Very impressed with their customer service.

I've got a GoPro 9 Black which has performed perfectly since the day i got it, and looking at some comparison videosonline, for the casual user it doesn't seem like its worth upgrading for such a marginal improvement in quality and features.

Never GoPro again, unless the price drops to $100. My 11 Black that I have been using sparingly is as good as dead because even though it turns on but isn't showing any picture on the display and the record button wont work.
