Checked with OW near me and said they dont do price beat with Amazon:(
EDIT: called a different store and it worked! Just mention its on Amazon AU + not exclusive to prime members and that’ll do the trick

Would never trust airpods from eBay (unless its from authorised resellers such as Techciti) or FB Marketplace. Fake airpods are pretty hard to tell apart nowadays especially now that people found ways to include real apple serial numbers when selling

Yep was 100% a real reseller and it was brand new with 12 warranty with apple.
The only reason why the seller. Sold it so check was to get rid of the last one
Already been to apple already check this out then AirPod pro 3 are the real deal not fake everything works on it and its 100% identical in every way including he heart rate sensor working and sound quality if that’s a fake then they are using real tech from apple got blueprints from apple, and have access to apples full apple care warranty system. And they fooled Apple Store that actually checked it. As i keep showing this is the listing https://ebay.us/m/v6a0FH I have the item and its 100% real you guys are just bummed you couldn’t ‘t get it for half the price.

@dongltron: Pretty sure u are all just jealous 50% off is 50% off 1 in stock Australian supplier so suck it up best deal ever

You mean a crackling deal

Checked with OW near me and said they dont do price beat with Amazon:(

I think they do. Why not? If they can match eBay, why not Amazon?

Officeworks do not match eBay!!

I just called the main officeworks number and got the pricebeat for $360.05 with click and collect from my local store

call Officeworks helpline and try them to beat or try a different store before Officeworks match this price.

Tried a different store and it worked! Thankyou!!

From my previous dealing with OW, they will pricebeat if it's from Amazon itself and not a third party selling through Amazon.

I walked into the Pitt St store in Sydney and they price matched no problem.

Obviously whoever refused you was only 2 mins from calling it a day. So saying no was easier than going through the process of price matching.
Still terrible service from that one staff 🤮

Hope they have a fix for the static/crackling issue. As someone who was bitten by the issue with the 1st Gen, letting this go to the keeper…

I had plenty of issues with the first gen version to the point where they replaced each earbud, one of them twice. Been fine with 2nd gen and now have 3rd gen, also fine.

My 1st Gen issue came too late. Only found out about the replacement program well after the fact. At which point, Apple said sorry not sorry.
Yes Gen 2 seems fine but I have read the issue has reared its head on some Gen 3's… But after my Gen 1 experience, it will take a lot of convincing until I pay those dollars for a pair of Apple buds.

That's a shame you couldn't get them replaced. I had bought mine through Apple on release and had no problems getting them exchanged.

I still have first gen. No issues. I also got mine replaced on that program and have been fine since.

Great price just in time for prezzies??

Best deal to me was Apple Black Friday with TopCashBack, but you must be happy with receiving Apple GC.

yeah, that combined with the Everyday Rewards points was crazy good, and I sold the extra GC for 75 dollars. great value.

HODL for sub $300

Cheaper buying through Everyday Rewards (Big W), assuming the 20% cashback tracks

How well do these cashbacks track? I've previously had everyday market cancel my order several times

Seeing a new 'Prime Tomorrow' logo on this for me, so would arrive before Christmas.

cool.. The Curse of The Op, check!

So far we have been getting a lot of these on sale but not the pro 2?? Still waiting for < $300 pro 2

The genius here is frightening

Worth upgrading from pro2?

IMO no. I upgraded from 1 and was pretty happy with it

It won the "Disappointment of the year" from The Headphone Show (https://headphones.com/blogs/features/the-headphone-shows-be…)
"Despite a strong year overall and us all having fairly different tastes, we unanimously agree on the biggest letdown: Apple AirPods Pro 3. While improvements in ANC and transparency mode are legitimately fantastic, the new, more V-shaped tuning, the comfort changes, and unmet expectations relative to the previous (incredibly competent) generation made AirPods Pro 3 the clearest disappointment."
Would suggest sticking with the previous gen if sound quality matters.

If you're using them on Android there's the wavelet/autoeq thing if you don't like the tuning

If you're with Medibank check if you have enough points to redeem for free (43,000pts)

Can confirm Officeworks Dee Why NSW price matched instore, $360.05 as above.
Huge step up from my AirPods Pro 1, too. Noise cancelling is heaps better. Did the built in hearing test, and it's now boosting the frequencies where my hearing is slightly deficient. Astounding.

AirPods 4 NC are still the best for me. Unfortunately, in ear headphones cause me ear pain. Shame because AirPods Pro 3 sound better.
Oh well, less in ear infections with AP4 too.

That sounds like an issue because of the silicone tips. Have you considered Comply tips or something made of a different material?

saw weird complaints about noise cancelling on flights, causing an unbearable whine? this been fixed? to be honest noise cancelling travel is a big use for why i got the gen1s and i def got burned on crackling issues, twice replaced, started again recently and issue no longer honoured…

The last I saw was that the update pushed with 26.2 has not fixed the whine issue.

Thank you, picked one from Officeworks chadstone
Bought gift card from special using nab offer $20 off for $100 and Amex offer 200$ 10% off. Totally I paid 320$ after everything.
JB Hi-Fi price matched the Officeworks price beat at $360.05. I was buying other stuff so YMMV, however an option for those who are having a hard time with OW.

Hi, what did you ask JB ? When i tried online, they are asking for a link to officeworks price beat. Or even in store how did you prove that OW if brice beating ? Thanks :)

I was at JB buying something else, showed them ozbargain/amazon price, they said they can match Amazon, I then asked if they could match the officeworks 5% price beat too.
The person checked with their manager and said yes - may have helped that I was buying something else at the same time, therefore YMMV.

If OW price match Amazon that'll be a cracking deal
