Was wondering if it's possible to extend the expiry of an ultimate gift card? I have one (Ultimate Home) expiring in January next year, but I really don't have anything to buy at the moment.
Anyone tried buying another gift card with this gift card? (Eg - Good Guys, JB, Ikea, Total Tools etc)

I'd exchange but not sure if I'll get the same expiry or a "fresh" start?
Best to ask them before you exchange or just buy something with it before it expires.

It will likely work to buy another gift card. Officeworks blocked it years ago but other stores may still work.
On the same boat bought some back at 12/22 and I think it will expire this month? I've seen some people saying that you could buy JB gift card in store with it but not so sure tho.
Hey mate (and everyone else), got some good news for you. I went to my local good guys today and managed to buy a good guys gift card with this, also went to IKEA and converted the rest.
Good guys has unlimited time use
IKEA has 3yrs

@whatsinaname: Unfortunately no but I think it's just the cashier that day was a bit mean? Cuz I even bought Apple gift card once at a store where the staff didn't really care. Anyways I just ended up getting some things then returned it later :)
can you buy something and return it for a gift card ?
JB gift cards dont have expiry but i am not sure if its store credit gift card will it have an expiry or not
