    is it just me or does 5G still suck always? i go out of my way to turn it off in my device settings because it's so unstable wherever i go, and this is in like inner-city sydney

      My Pixel 8 Pro is 4G only unless there's the possibility of additional range.
      Saves 10%ish battery per day I reckon.

      5G coverage in my area is ass. My phone couldn't last more than half a day on full charge unless I disable 5G, and the connection quality is actually worse than 4G…

  Keep all you travel apps. on this phone

  Physical travel Sim cards are easier to activate
  Put Sim in, reboot mobile, activate date & roaming
  Start using internet when travelling 🙂

  Man I just upgraded to an iPhone. It’s over $2k. I see this and have to wake myself up some time. Memory card, audio jack, low res but 120hz display and a 6000mah battery… and it’s $169 :)

      2 years or more - depending on usage.

      Personally, I travel internationally twice a year
      and paying extra $5, for a physical travel Sim card,
      which is easier to activate than eSim, sees better option for me.
      Especially, as I only buy from Travelkon.
      Thanks to their regular 25 -30% off sales and Sim is valid for almost a year from purchase.
