  • PSA in the forums would be more suitable.

RRP and speculation is hardly a bargain.

    • Like Aldi 😝

    • yep people upvote posts to get 10 cents in Shopback credits…

    • Don't you mean by OzScalper? :P

  • CommBank Yello has $10 cashback when you spend $180 online (not every one has this offer but if you do 👍 )

  • Wow. Never thought I'd see that back in stock! Yoink!

    • It's literally the most popular castle Lego set…..

      • And yet they are retiring it…

      • Honestly, even if that's true (evidence?) it's still boring. Ok, I'm exaggerating, it's not boring it's just very average. Nostalgia is talking and it's wrong.

Having built this and D&D Reds dragon castle, the mythical aspect adds SO much that it made all standard castle sets dull. Although well done mocs can still be cool.

          • @Repstar: Whilst it's very nice, I'm no longer into castles. My last bricklink set purchase was the Transylvania manor

            • @justtoreply: Ahhh I just finished building mine! I quite enjoyed it. These things will be worth $1k + in a year

              • @Repstar: Perhaps. Very hard to sell though, and I only buy to build

  • Or save the money for the new lord of the ring lego Minas Tirith set…😌

    • Ive heard rumours of $1100 AUD

      • Yes, “save”

  • Lego is cool but god damn it's expensive.

    • These will be $1k+ once sold out.

Not that they'll be the best value for resale compared to other sets, but buying this set for RRP is (as much as it sounds crazy) a great deal, if you love Lego.

  • If you enjoy your Lego Technic with pneumatics and have friends in NZ, this does look like a cool set to pick up before it ends tonight:

  • When are they re-releasing the ultimate LEGO set we could never afford at the time, the Airport Shuttle Monorail!

I love how now LEGO adds 'Adults Welcome' to their ads when in past years they were actually banning adults such as in the Melbourne Discovery Centre unless they were with a under 17yo. Adults were having to procure children just to go in.

  • Grabbed this one off Ali for $120 last year.

  • "Not a discount (RRP)", it's not a bargain then

    • Yeah, we're back playing 'Oz back in stock' apparently 🙄

      • I'm with you. It's a nope to the marked up plastic.

    • Basically Aldi. RRP.

  • Love Lego but this is not a bargain

  • RRP is not a bargain.

  • No one can predict the lego banhammer

  • These sets are so overpriced for what is essentially $3 worth of plastic

  • Sorta sucks they cancelled so many orders over the BF sales but now so so many have come back in stock i.e Disney Castle, Lighthouse, Jazz Club, Red Fox etc etc

They should have just put them on hold until they 100% didn’t have any stock left so they could have fulfilled those orders by now.

  • RRP

  • Considering it has been selling on Ebay for $800 lately to have it back in stock is a bonus. I got mine a few weeks ago for $480 with double insiders points + a few GWPs.

  • And it's out of stock again.
