🪄 Harry Potter – Audiobooks → Movies (Value for Prime users)
First time poster – please be kind 🙂

Picked up Audible at $0.99/month for 3 months and bought the Harry Potter Full Cast Edition. Listened to it on road trips — everyone loved it and the drive became a breeze. Extra nostalgia for the wifey (she’s one of the pure-bloods 😉).

🎧 Audiobook

Naturally went looking for the movies. I was lucky enough to grab the Apple TV full set for $9.99 earlier from this expired OzBargain deal.

For anyone who missed that deal — HP movies have been pulled from most platforms (HBO consolidation), and Prime Video currently seems like the next best value option for the full set, especially if you’re already a Prime user.

⚠️ Not a hot “deal” as such, but feels like good value for money if you want to avoid another subscription.

Audible Standard Members can select 1 audiobook a month from the entire collection and listen to the selected audiobooks as long as you remain a member.

      Your argument is silly because, for example, no one actually admits they are racist when they say racist things (this is an EXAMPLE and no way am I claiming JK Rowling, you or anybody else is a racist). That's how they justify themselves - they just deny and then double down. You won't find JK Rowling say something along the lines of "I am transphobic" just like you won't find anything in the history books that Hitler said he himself was antisemitic.

      Stephen fry without a doubt. Maybe for people that never listened to the audiobook narrated by Stephen fry might like the full cast one better maybe? Better to listen to the original anyway.

      I'd love to read some opinions on this. I was actually looking at the audiobook reviews yesterday that were comparing Stephen Fry to Jim Dale. I wasn't even aware of a full cast recording.
