      That and apple pies were $1 not that long ago. Plus the Frozen cokes were large for $1, now its only small.

        I know, it's sad that we need a deal just to get the plain hamburger for double what it used to be! I remember a few years ago buying like 10 (sometimes more) at a time for only ten bucks. Then coming home and slapping a piece of cheese and extra stuff on each one and BAM 💥 dinner was sorted😅

        But in this current crazy era we are living in, it's actually a pretty decent deal for $2 imo.

      Been a few years.
      My son would always grab a $2 hamburger after training all the time… and hasn't played for a couple of years now.

    Yo heads up to everyone, sometimes you get that discount for 10,15,20% off and in the T&C's it can only not be used in conjunction with the McSmart meal. Previously I've used it on the $2 hamburgers, get like 20 for $40 and then adds the respective discount (I have a big family, both figuratively and evidently soon to be literal too). Did it the other day and no dice on the app nor in store on self serve. Went to the desk and even the staff couldn't apply it. Some sweet talking and they manually did it for me (put it through as 34 $1 drinks) but they had no idea why it wouldn't work. I'd put my house on it they've now included the loose change menu to be exempt but yet to update the T&C's. Just an fyi anyway.

      Oh yeah, not to mention it won’t work with happy meals too. And happy meals recently hit $7. Maccas is no longer cheap.

        Agreed. My app 'deals' have been terrible for the past 12 months or so. Let alone the full prices of items and meals. KFC seems to be the only one with good deals these days.

    probably the only items worth getting from Maccas now. If I wanted to spend $10+ on a burger, would rather go to an actual restaurant where they've cleaned the tables in the last week, and pay a few bucks more even.

    they uncheesed my burger but it ok. I order them bunless and put the insides between abbots grain bread with some ham slices and it becomes REAL hamburger :) ( this brought to you by ‘how many hours of energy can I get on the cheap without hating what I’m eating’ )
