Good price but so disappointed with the game keycard thing. Most 3rd party are key cards so publishers can save a buck.
Going to be very common with storage prices rising. Nintendo apparently was making smaller storage options for game carts to make things cheaper for devs with smaller games, only to have prices make the process redundant.
I know - "you'll own nothing and be happy" is very much the goal.
Is buying the Switch version of Kiwami digitally (currently on sale) and then getting the Switch 2 version heavily discounted cheaper?
Heavily? No.
But it is cheaper.
I forget what the Switch 1 version was, but I bought it the other day, and the upgrade was 16. Worked out cheaper than the digital Switch 2 version on it's own too.
I have 37 or so in my head, so if the Switch 1 version is on sale for around 21, that checks out. But it was defo 16 for the upgrade fee, AUD.
Considering this is a Game Key Card anyway, unless it's for the pride of your shelf, I wouldn't bother at this price.
