  Ouch, I remember when these came out and were regularly this price new.

  Tough sell for an refurbished older speaker to be honest. Era 100 is $269 on good guys commercial brand new.

        Yeah these are the last Sonos models with google support. There is bad blood between the two companies so doubt things will change.

    Pretty much.. been over 18 months since that happened.

    It sure was a complete cluster F. I remember changing the volume and waiting around 20 seconds for it to register. And that's before we get to dropped features in the update.

    Stock price dropped and CEO's head eventually rolled, quite rightly.
