Shop, Watch or Save Seller on eBay Live & Receive a $20 eBay Voucher (for $50 Minimum Spend) from 4 March 2026 @ eBay

1980

It's a bit of a weird one, but it sounds like an easy $20 for doing next to nothing. Essentially, all that's needed is to save a Seller in your eBay account on the eBay Live section to qualify for the $20 voucher (with $50 minimum spend). The heading says only 1 of the 3 criteria are needed (Shop, Watch, OR Save), but the T&C's aren't quite as clear and may require all 3 being fulfilled. Still, worth a shot.

Vouchers won't be issued until 4th March 2026.

Shop, Watch or Save Seller on eBay Live and get a $20 voucher

A limit of 1 Voucher per person applies. If any of the Eligible Items purchased during the Offer Period is refunded prior to the voucher being issued, it will not count as a qualifying transaction.
“5. Seller’s Price” means the current price that the seller is selling an Eligible Item for, after any seller discounts and/ or coupons, but prior to application of the redemption code for this offer.

Use of the Voucher
6. Voucher. The Voucher is not transferable. If you satisfy the Conditions set out in clause 4 above, the Voucher will be issued to Your eBay.com.au account from 4 March 2026.

The code is provided to you as an eBay User and the limitations on its usage apply on that basis even though you may have registered a number of different eBay User IDs.

a sale or purchase of any item as part of this offer has not been made in good faith, including where eBay considers that the buyer and seller may be related parties (such as family members or parties sharing the same dwelling); or

However, for offers which only have one redemption per user, if you have redeemed the offer on a transaction which has subsequently been cancelled for reasons outside of your control, you may contact us, providing reasons, to request a replacement coupon.
18. No withdrawal. This offer cannot be withdrawn into your bank account and cannot be transferred.
19. Stock. Sellers are responsible for their own stock and eBay does not guarantee the availability of stock. This offer is only available while stock lasts.

@HomeAlone: Hmmm…. but the eligibility criteria indicates different.

I'm not sure a semicolon makes a difference within the context of a list. I feel it's safe to assume you need to fulfill all items.

        • +3

Assume away. We’re just getting our case together for feebay.

    had a look, no wonder

Is "saving" the same as clicking on the bell icon to set "Reminder on"?

    • +3

      It's the heart icon.

      • +1

Thanks, found it and saved…..let's see if eBay sticks to their terms.

    • +2

Thanks for asking and answering the question, was wondering about the same.

under the terms it doesn't imply it's 1 action rather need to do all 3 to qualify:

Eligibility. This offer is available to all eBay.com.au registered members (“Eligible Users”). To successfully qualify for the offer, Eligible Users must:

    Purchase 1 or more items on eBay Live Australia (“Eligible Items”) using their eBay account during the Offer Period;
    Join a livestream on eBay Live Australia using their eBay account during the Offer Period;

Yeh it’s pretty clear , you have to do all three and then maybe eBay will throw you a bone.

  • +7

Wow that ebay live looks lame af!

It's just a bunch of trading cards being sold, or am i missing something?

    • +1

That's what it is at the moment as it is only to limited sellers. It's all bids starting at $1 and some people pay crazy amounts. I've been lucky with some penny drops and getting packs for cost price and under. But now that it's getting popular, the amount people will bid on these items are insane.

eBay AU is out of ideas.

    • Sales through livestreaming on Tiktok is the current big thing apparently. From what little i've seen it looks like a mix or Etsy and eBay type sellers using that platform. In a YT video at a car show in China a Youtuber claimed Chinese influencers were livestreaming and selling cars which was normal thing to do there.

  • eBay's trying to get a slice of the Whatnot pie hey? I'm not sure this format can be good outside of card games…

    • ebay, fanatics live, whatnot they all trying to cash in

    • +1

All these aussie schysters trying to convince kids and hypebeasts that literally everything they're selling has to be worth something in future.

I went to one of these Collector Fests and it was all so cringe. Bro bro bro bro.

  • +5

Man, for $20, I rather spent the time doing extra work than scanning/reading these terms.

  • +2

At the end still have to spend $50 to get the discount LoL. Have fun!!!

  • If this is like their other "vouchers" the eligible items aren't made clear. I had a "voucher" once and had no idea what you could actually use it on.

  • +1

    Ebay… live?

    What the heck

  • +2

Vouchers won't be issued until 4th March 2026.wtf

    • So you need to wait over a month, and then have at most a month window to use a voucher you have no idea what you can use it on? Cool.

      • +3

Min $50 spend and only on “voucher eligible items”, whatever that mean. I aint got time for these hoops.

    • I've had mine since last year

  • +3

How does one accept the offer?

  • +10

Too employed to waste my time working out how this is supposed to work.

  • +2

multiple steps just to get a $20 voucher that has to be used in the next couple weeks and on a $50 minimum spend. meh

  • Is Ebay Live just QVC for Crypto Bros?

    • It's just live streamed auctions and buy it now sales. Basically whatnot, but on ebay.

  • Let's see if I get $20 for a quick click….once credited, delete the 'saved' seller

  • Meh…. "signed up" to Live, made a comment on a live auction, and saved the seller.

I ain't buying anything, but if they give me flack I've saved the screen that clearly says "Shop, Watch OR Save"… even though T's & C's don't have the "or" there.

I saved a seller yesterday and received a $20 voucher today

    “ You've earned a $20 voucher

Congratulations on unlocking your reward! Now you get to save more on all the things you love.”

    • How were you notified about the voucher? Email?

    • Thanks. I'm still not sure about the ambiguity (t&c titles vs content) but I've now done the same as you - saved a seller. Will wait a day to see if the voucher arrives.

    • think it's another promo if the code is RExxxx20.
click condition said "spent $150 (last month) to receive $20 voucher".

    • Was that an email or eBay app notification on your phone? I also saved a seller yesterday but got nothing today.

    • It was an email

The codes REWARD20 so perhaps @test8888 is correct

    • Really? I got this promo on email at the start of the month. Watched a few of the live auctions and saved some sellers. Haven't received any voucher yet

Lol, eBay, I just saw this when checking out a Sellers 100% rating

    eBay automated feedback: 2
We leave automated positive feedback when a seller successfully completes one of their first few orders and there's no buyer feedback about it.Learn more

So the seller has 6 total Pos Feedbacks but 2 of those are Automated by eBay wtf is this… sure 4 is still good for a new seller but hardly stood the test of time…

    • +1

      Automated by eBay feedback.
      Scammers will love this!

  • Does unsaving and re saving count?
