  • Anyone got this game and can share their experience with it? any good or is it simply a reskin of mario kart type game?

    • Probably the best game on S2 at the moment. More contents and refined than MKW. It's like Twisted Metal with Kirby theme. It's my most played game after DK Bananza on S2 at the moment.

It's very different to the Mario Kart series. I would say it's more close to the Super Smash Bros.

Damn I was keen on it but this comparison has me out. I just do not find Smash fun at all.

    • Mario kart on crack. It's a much quicker, more intense racer where the main mode is an arena where players collect stat boosts and then have a minigame at the end.

    • my 9yo is hooked on it, lots of stuff to do

This game is passable at best in gameplay - leave me feeling like vomiting rainbows🤮🌈 after a short while….could be it’s as terribly colourful as a bowl of soggy fruit loops!….Too colourful - it appears there are newly discovered colours just included in this game!

I got it on release, I didn't like it much. It has a bigger learning curve. Played it with some friends and they didn't like it either. It has some pros since they are trying new things which is good.

I hear it's ADHD: The Game. Certainly looks like it from what I've seen online.

      • this is exactly what it is

    • It's more technical than the Mario kart. It takes a while to learn the techniques. Would be a great family game. But might be technical for a party game because no one else can do the tricks.

    • Pretty much a Smash Bros racing game. It has a story mode instead of a grand prix; Think of the blue switch type missions in MKW, but you progress through them like in a rougelite, ie Slay the Spire.

  • Back in stock at this price, same as Officeworks
