  • For iOS device: Apart from ensuring you’re not using an AdBlock app for Safari, the most important one is to ensure you have ‘Prevent Cross-Site Tracking’ turned off (see here).

What will stop me getting my cashback

What else is essential

  • Engaging with plugins such as Honey, AdBlock, uBlock, Pi-hole, VPNs, DNS AdGuard, and browsers such as Brave may prevent your order from tracking.
  • Accept and allow all 3rd party cookies on the retailer's page if requested.
  • Return to TopCashback to click the 'Get Cashback' button for each new transaction.
  • Transactions must be completed solely & wholly online and must not be assisted or negotiated via phone/chat/email. - Failure to do so will cause tracking to fail and/or have cashback declined.

Good to know

  • Most retailers calculate cashback based on purchase amount excluding GST, other taxes, and delivery fees. Your cashback may report lower than expected due to this.
  • If any part of an order is cancelled / returned / exchanged / modified, the entire order will no longer be eligible for cashback and will be declined in your account.

Are Priceline still going to be around to approve the claim? I read they are in trouble.

    • The pharmacy stores that were operated by Infinity Pharmacy Group were affected.

I'm in Perth and there are only 5 pharmacies in the Infinity Group. Most Priceline stores in WA are not operated by Infinity.

In VIC where you are located, there seem to be 13 stores with Infinity.

Please read the statement from Wesfarmers below: "These pharmacies continue to trade as usual and are not at risk of closing…"

Cashback payment for Priceline Pharmacy seems to be quicker than other retailers including Chemist Warehouse. Cashback has been paid in less than 3 months. Some of my purchases were paid in about 1.5 months. Estimated payable is up to 15 weeks.

From Wesfarmers Health: Priceline Pharmacy stores are not closing

      21 January 2026

In December 2025, API (a Wesfarmers Health company), took the difficult decision to appoint receivers and administrators to 56 pharmacies within the Infinity Pharmacy Group (Infinity) following a significant deterioration of its financial position.

Infinity operates 92 pharmacies – 72 of which are Priceline Pharmacies – under individual franchise agreements with API. These stores have been owned and operated by Infinity-aligned pharmacist owners.

The appointment of receivers and administrators was taken to stabilise these pharmacy businesses, enabling their continued operation, delivery of community pharmacy services, and payment of team members and suppliers. These pharmacies continue to trade as usual and are not at risk of closing because it is the Infinity Pharmacy Group as a company that is affected by the receivers and administrators’ appointment.

Some media have reported that these Priceline Pharmacies are at risk of closure – nothing could be further from the truth.

Following escalating financial difficulties experienced by Infinity, the appointment of receivers and administrators remained the only responsible path to ensure these stores continue to operate and service their local communities.

Following stabilisation of these businesses, the administrators are now seeking expressions of interest from new pharmacist owners for these stores which will put them on a sustainable platform for the future.

  • Can anyone find a list of what's in the bag apart from the picture ?

  • Dozens of Priceline-branded pharmacies have been placed into administration by retail giant Wesfarmers after years of financial difficulties. Receivers KPMG said the 54 affected stores would continue to trade while receivers assessed the business. More than 400 other Priceline stores around Australia are not affected by the change.
The owner of the 54 affected stores, Infinity Pharmacy Group (IPG), operates more than 120 sites across Australia, many of which are Priceline-branded stores. A spokesperson for Australian Pharmaceutical Industries (API), which has provided financial support to IPG, said the decision was "unavoidable".

Mentioned here with statement from Wesfarmers.

  • if you order online do you automatically get the bag? I know with these offers the freebies sometimes run out very quickly

    • Yes if they have the stock when they pick your order. I have collected the free bag using C&C. I rang the store to check. With delivery, it may be difficult to find out which store they are using.

  • this site can be reached, when i click on the get cashback in TCB
