Not familiar with Computer gear but seems to be a good price for me so I just bought one. Not all time low but not bad at half price.

With Amazon, I think they are running a promotion that you spend $250 on Amazon Gift Card you will get $10 promotional credits for use on AU goods sold and ship by Amazon AU.

If you have student discount via Dell, then it would be even cheaper. Currently $349.80 delivered

    Code FUTURE11%

    $310.32 from dell

  • Trying to compare apples and apples, I recently got this for $260 https://www.amazon.com.au/dp/B0FCFWT7Q1?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_f…. Yes a different brand obviously.

Now, also comparing to my Samsung 27" 4k 60hz, this one is very very nice, games are so much better in colour, I am so happy. The Hz makes huge difference.

Yeah this is just a fairly bog ordinary 32" QHD 185Hz monitor priced $100+ above 27" QHD 240-280Hz monitor deals.

Why is this on 24 votes?

        Blindly clicking +

      • It looks alright for gaming, and most people could take or leave HDR.

Construction wise looks pretty crap compared to my S3220DGF.

        • It isn't a proper HDR monitor, it's edge lit.

          • @jasswolf: oh true, a lot of products like the buzz words to try and cash in

bought the 34 inch version like 2 weeks ago,
was a bit over $500 on Amazon,

very happy with it, looks good in games, Desktop HDR actually not washed out in Windows and macOS, not that it pops or anything but it's there,

i think this at 2560 x 1440 is a bit too low, the 34 inch is 3440 x 1440 and thats probably the low limit on monitor this size,
the monitor is a lot smaller than non ultra wide 32/34 inch

    would buy again for sure

  • Cheaper still - Samsung Odyssey G55C 32inch 165Hz QHD VA Curved Gaming Monitor $299

It's also far worse for gaming. ATL for the 27" version of that is around $150. You should not pay more than $200 for that.

Both are not deals, consider them normal prices of aging stock that should have been cleared long ago (particularly the G55, which is 4 or 5 years old).

    • Cheaper still, why wouldn't you get this:

      https://www.umart.com.au/product/acer-nitro-31-5in-wqhd-180h…
Acer Nitro 31.5in WQHD 180Hz Freesync Curved Gaming Monitor (XZ322QUV3)
      $199.00

OP Dell monitor is not a deal. Personally I think anything less that 4k on 32' desktop monitor is nasty.

  • For people on the sidelines, just get this AW 32” for $310, you won’t regret it. Display quality is great.
