I bought these during their Kickstarter campaign and’ve been using them for about four months now. They’re good but be warned the noise cancellation drains the batteries quickly, leaving you with only six hours of battery life. With noise cancellation off you’ll easily get nine hours. It’s a bit disappointing that these sleeping earbuds designed for sleep won’t actually get you through seven to eight hours of sleep with ANC on.

ah that sucks especially since battery life is only going to get worse over time.

This is a perfectly honest review, thank you.

      • Find that they are a little bit heavier than the a20's also and for side sleepers, they are no longer flush with the ear. Found myself getting more ear pain from the a30's than the a20's, so I have returned them. Newer isn't always better.

  • I've never had that problem. They last all night with ANC on for me.

I preferred the fit of the A20, but the left bud would only last me 2-3 hours before dying (after owning it for just under a year). Soundcore gave me a refund.

These are currently the best on the market. I've used both Bose versions, Soundcore A10 (worst), A20 and A30, For Me Buds (good ear buds but poor software - wouldn't recommend), and a Mi brand of sleepbuds, but the batteries died after a year.

Batteries dying seem to be the most common problem with all brands of Sleepbuds, though a lot of people online report battery issues when there is an update.

  • Pretty sure there are things like this on Ali for way cheaper

  • Have had these for a few months
Batteries last 7-8 hours with ANC on.
Customisation available, such as backround white noise or even play your own music via bluetooth.
Ear fit is good, variety of ear tips included.
I found sleeping on my side with these very easy, they are comfortable ( I am fussy )

  • If you're asleep how would you know if they're working?

Because you're probably not waking up as much (or at all) during the night or day? Or feeling less fatigue during your day? Many tell-tale signs to know if it's working.

Handy especially if you do shift work. Bose one was crap died just after 1 year. refused warranty.

  • My A20s were quite good until the last firmware update messed up the charging and they can't get to 100% anymore. They also aren't really ok for side sleeping so every now and then I wake up with a sore ear from crashing out on my side.

Idk if I would gamble $240 on this he version without trying them on first, plus I'm not particularly confident in Anker's firmware team when they've partially bricked my previous generation device.

  • Voucher has expired but available on Ali Express for the same price.
