CamelCamelCamel. It depends on how vital Windows is to you. Some games will simply not work on SteamOS.
There's a market for this device, certainly, but I don't know if Windows exclusive that you'd want to play on a handheld / controller, that doesn't work on SteamOS, exist? Obviously not competitive FPS, what else uses anti-cheat basically? There might be, but I know what that is / what those are.
Other reasons might be, it's cheaper, you prefer the ergonomics, the looks, the d-pad, etc etc many reason you might want this over a Steam Deck.
But yeah definitely think just get a Steam Deck 256GB while they're in stock, this vs. the OLED maybe $70 makes or breaks the deal who knows, I'd pick that option too.
Probably easier way to access game pass sub.
Not all of use just steam
AI says Rog Ally is better performance.
Yeah the z2a not a great chip unfortunately. Still not a bad buy at that price for indie games
they havent activated the AI yet in the cpu
You want oled goodness
OLED or I sleep
The real bargains are used ROG Ally's.

Earlier today I was playing Simpsons Hit & Run (PAL 50FPS version) underclocked 3x and shit, at half native resolution, with the target FPS set to 25 to boot, on a 2.8inch little Game Boy type emulator machine.
We all spoiled these days, I honestly miss squeezing everything I could out of the toys I had lol

Still $829 for me. Perhaps they don't deliver to your postcode.
Just get a steam deck OLED?
