  • W I P E

  • Matched on Amazon. Available for S&S $20.70.

    • Thank you!

    • Also always this price at Big W

  • 3-ply 24 pack at Aldi for $9.39
    ($0.22 per 100 sheets)

Just as good as the expensive ones

    • Yep, almost identical. Probably comes off the same production line

      • Whats the difference if you were to be sensitive.

        • I'm going to make comparisons against Woolworths' rolls. Ww has some "fluff" soft feeling to it, Aldi's feels a bit more sturdy and smooth/flat.
If you had a runny nose it works well and I think it would barely chaf your nose until maybe the 5th day.
It's unscented if that's what you're asking for.

    • Came here for this…with this sale how close is the price?

    • hopefully some more doordash aldi deals come by i dont wanna transport them

  • Used to buy this for years. Tried Aldi confidence 24pack <$10 and I find it to be better.

    • In what way better?

      • Feels thicker. Just as soft and cheaper. And doesn't seem to separate as much as the quiltons I get from Amazon. Not sure if the supermarket version is different

  • As an alternative: Amazon Subscribe & Save: $20.70

  • A true Ozbargainer uses the toilet at Maccas, thus doesn't need to buy TP.

    • Nah, a true ozbargainer uses the neighbours garden hose.

    • Thats true, and its a good idea to try and do two birds with one stone. Number 1 and number 2. Ive started limiting the toilet at home to one flush a day and laying it on a chart to work out cost per flush.

    • 1-ply vs 3-ply, not comparable

  • People buy truckloads from Costco which is not cost effective at all. IMO Costco purchases prices are not that great unless there is instant rebate they offer.

  • I find if you separate out all the plies you get 3 times the amount of paper however the pages are very thin so gentle wiping is required and breakages are common leading to brown digits.

  • We bought Quinton from chemist warehouse. 3 ply. It was not the same as the Coles one. The chemist warehouse one was like sandpaper. Not soft. Even when you grab it from the roll it is tough. The roll inside did not have quilton stamped on the inside which is a telltale sign. And the packaging was like a cellophane not a plastic. Quite suspect really. I am thinking of sending a roll to the manufacturer in nsw to have them check it out as I am sure they didn’t want anyone selling inferior quilton. Maybe the quilton standards have dropped. I know Pantene shampoo has definitely dropped in quality. You have to buy the Pantene in the gold bottle to get what was sold in the cream/white bottle before.

  • Coles toilet paper is better than Quilton, and its 21c per 100 sheets.
