I've got a similar model from Philips from 2 years ago and I quite like it. Probably just need to check if it has good tilt or not.
I'd be putting it on a monitor arm, so not too fussed with tilt. Interested to know if the colours seem good?
I have the Phillips at work. As a basic monitor it does the job. Not the Brightest displays but the quad is useful. if you have lots of ambient light then it will be a bit washed out. But it’s bright enough and I light the anti reflective coating as it helps reduce glare. Mounts to vesa stands. Only annoying thing is it has a power brick instead of a regular PC power cable. Not the end of the world. Just sharing my views.
AOC vs Philips
Same company - both are run by TPV Technology.
I remember the whole qnix phase in 2012-2014. How long we've come :D

is 75hz decent for everyday office use ? thnx
yes it is
I don't notice any downsides using word/excel (i just checked the refresh on my work monitor and i'm happy with the current default 60hz)
Pop down to 75hz if your machine supports it/check what you're currently running (and if you've never even experienced faster refresh rates on an external monitor, then you esp. won't feel like you're missing out on anything!).
the biggest upgrade for me was the QHD>FHD real estate. A few extra rows of breathing room in excel
In '94, yes.
Can't find much about this monitor. Anybody got any experience with it? I'm thinking of replacing an old Dell U3011 with it (though I will miss the 16:10 ratio).
