  • Still waiting on my order from 23rd Jan, unfortunately damaged in transit. Except not a single letter or call!

@justanotherjoe Sorry to hear that - can you PM your order number to me and I'll take a look.

thanks for looking into this, looking forward to the replacement wines!

@justanotherjoe Thanks Jarrod, all sorted. Aramex flagged the parcel as damaged at their depot, but we unfortunately weren’t notified directly.A replacement 6-pack is organised to ship out Monday. Appreciate you sending through the details. Cheers! Richard

    • Not sure what is worse…
I ordered a box of Family Crest Shiraz 2024 and Sauvignon Blanc 2024 around the same time and tracking showed them both cruising through Victory when temps reached way over 40 degrees down there - haven't dared opening either yet.

      • @BlueDiesel Fair concern but honestly, I could count on one hand the number of times we’ve seen wine genuinely spoiled in transit over the last 15 years. Wine’s tougher than people think unless it’s stuck for days in extreme heat or direct sun. Most of the time parcels are moving quickly through the network rather than sitting. With wines under cork, severe heat damage is usually obvious (cork movement/leakage). If you open either and anything seems off, just let us know and we’ll sort it straight away - as we did @justanotherjoe Cheers! RD :-)

      • Could always be worse, had a Grange delivered via Australia Post and after a 40+ degree day it was leaking through the cook from the extreme heat and pressure!

        • @justanotherjoe Yep, that’s the classic sign with cork-finished bottles: heat + pressure = leakage. Thankfully it’s very rare, but when it happens, it’s obvious straight away!
